Executed mentor onboarding, engagement, and management strategy for a group
of 1000+ individuals.
Researched and communicated with the prospective mentors and ran lead
generation campaigns for mentor acquisition.
Managed the end-to-end onboarding process of mentors on the platform as well
as building and promoting long-lasting relationships with them which resulted in
50% increase in a quarter.
