To our cherished District Supervisor, Dr. Rolando A.

Pacarro, to our enthusiastic School Heads,

and of course to my fellow School Improvement Plan Coordinators pinaka maayong hapon
kanatong tanan.

The cups we emptied over this two-day seminar-workshop on the school improvement plan (SIP)
are now full of the data required to create the SIP for the school year 2023–2025.

Just as Dr. Pacarro stated on the first day.

A school improvement plan is a road map, compass, bible, blueprint, or other kind of direction-
giving tool.

Having attended this 2 day seminar with knowledgeable speakers, facilitators, open minded
participants and with the right tools, I can now confidently claim that we are heading in the right
direction. In behalf of the school heads and teachers that are here today, I humbly accept the
challenges mentioned by Ma’am

As a result of this acceptance, we have the certainty that we will submit the School Improvement
Plan on time, and we will work together to create a robust network of educational possibilities to
serve our client—our students.

As mother Teresa once said and I quote.

“None of us, including me, ever do great things. But with small things, with great love, and
together we can do something wonderful.”
