TASK 1 GIVE ME A MEANING! Directions: Give the meaning and importance of communication on the
following places

AT HOME

Communication within the family is extremely important because it enables members to

express their needs, wants, and concerns to each other. Open and honest communication
creates an atmosphere that allows family members to express their differences as well as
love and admiration for one another. Communicate with your family so they can help you
when you`re struggling in life but still it depends on the situation.

IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Communication with neighbors is also very important. Talking to neighbors is a must. After
all, we must have a good relationship with the neighbors. One of them, by communicating
well and knowing the ethics. Good communication can be formed by greeting each other and
exchanging stories. However, that does not mean that when talking with neighbors, there is
no ethics that must be considered. Good communication by exchanging stories, aims to build
a good relationship. So, don't let this hurt your heart and make your neighbors feel hurt.
Communicating with the neighbor can build a good relationship between neighbors, it is also
good to further expand our ability to socialize with others.

Communication is very important in the learning process in schools, because effective

communication in schools greatly affects the quality of a teacher's service to students and
will also affect learning outcomes which are also closely related to the quality of education in
schools.
IN THE MARKET/MALL

Marketing communication has a very important role for companies to carry out an image of a
particular brand. In addition, marketing communications can develop consumer awareness
of the products/services produced by the company. So that consumers know the
products/services offered, thereby stimulating sales. Along with the times, now marketing
communication is better known as integrated marketing communication, which means a
marketing communication planning concept that recognizes the added value of a
comprehensive plan that evaluates the strategic roles of various communication disciplines.
Communicating in the mall is very important too because for example you don't know how
much a product costs so you have to ask.

IN THE WORK PLACE

In the world place, communication is an important element to increase one's motivation at

work. Good communication can influence someone to be more active at work. And poor
communication can also have an impact on one's work motivation, and cause conflict within
the company.

INSIDE THE CHURCH

Communication is a very vital element and really needed in the growth of the church.
Without healthy communication within the church, all the efforts made above to grow the
church will be in vain. The early church was able to develop healthy communication among
its congregation members. As a result, the early church experienced spectacular growth and
development both in quantity and quality.
