Enrollment for Mobile


Devices

As part of PepsiCo strategy we have return


to the legacy mobile device enrollment
process leaving behind Device Trust. At this
time you will not experience any changes in
your mobile device and no action is
required.

If you are currently enroll


on Device Trust

You need to consider...


Note: Ifyou un-enrolled and re-enrolled your device you will lose access
to the Outlook app and you will have to use the native email client.

Outlook for Mobile continues to run as is.

Password less (SSO) capability will be available for O365.

The existing mobile apps and native email will be available on


the current enrolled device as is.

Hub catalog experience will continue as is.

re-enrolling a device you need to follow
the Basic Legacy Mobile Device process

You need to consider...

The Outlook app will not be available.

Password less (SSO) capability will not be available for O365.

Submit the myidM request for Basic Access Corporate Mobile


Device.

You should follow the Legacy Corporate Mobile Device


Enrollment and Personal Device Enrollment Guides if you need
to enroll a new corporate device/re-enroll a mobile device.

Setting up your device

Your new device can be setup prior to activation if


you have access to a WIFI network.​

New devices are ready and active for use after completing the
HUB enrollment. So please follow the steps below to set up your
device.

Turn on the Device​

Ifyou are not sure about the correct Role name, please visit

You will have to authenticate in the Hub app so you can use
the PBC Catalog to download applications

After enrollment, all iPhone apps and the PBC App catalog will
be visible​.

If
the PepsiCo associate assigned the device does not have
Basic Corporate Mobile Device Access, the employee will not
be able to enroll.​

Service Desk: If you are experience a enrollment issue, please log a ticket in


ServiceNow through myServices, indicate the Assignment group for DT ticket
escalations “Mobile Certificate Authentication (CA) Project”.

Ifthis is an issue that needs troubleshooting or you need an update to an
