To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to recommend one of the best members whom I was lucky enough to have
him in my organization Minh Thien - an amazing inspiration for me, mainly because of his patience
and intelligence. Minh Thien was a great addition to our GGT team & I am delighted to have had the
opportunity to work with him, and I would love to recommend him to your honored university.

First of all, I appreciate a lot the way he approaches matters with meticulous observation and
studies the matter well before thinking of a solution. He reminds me of the famous sentence by
Albert Einstein: "I Would Spend 55 Minutes Defining the Problem and then Five Minutes Solving It".
Thien, from what I observed in our interaction, is a strong believer in the scientific method, and uses
it a lot in many aspects of his life. This reminds me and pushes me to do the same, and that has far
reaching positive affect on my life.

Moreover, Minh Thien is interested in topics that matter and that is why we also got to work together
at GGT, coordinating the community in Amsterdam. Minh Thien is a hard worker, and dedicates a
lot of time to topics and actions he cares about and believes in. He is passionate about space, and
about humanity surviving long enough to explore other planets and establish more bases for us to
thrive into the future.

He is organised and likes to follow a process, and at the same time, he is also flexible and critical
enough to look at that same process and change it to suit the circumstance, improve it to the better.
I strongly believe that Minh Thien is an asset to an organisation, he has been a very valuable
member of Administration team, and helped push the community further even when others were not
able to help him. He takes initiative and does a lot to advance our progress. I really appreciate all of
his contributions, and am always looking forward to our next meeting and what next will we do to
improve the world together.

I strongly recommend Minh Thien to your Poznań University of Economics and Business and I'm
sure he will give all of his passion and motivation for achieve his goal in the most intelligent and
logical approach. Nevertheless, his characteristics is the most important, I believe that a kind heart
will always bring beautiful things to the world.
