How would you justify the collection of taxes, even at huge sums from

businessmen and celebrities?

Tax " is a money that people have to pay in the government " as a citizen of
your country paying tax is one of the important thing to do especially for the 
businessmen and celebrities and it fair for them to pay a huge sums of taxes
since they are one of the huge earners in the country and  because tax
because paying the taxes help our government to increase the revenue. 
Should online sellers be taxed?
When you are obligated to collect sales tax online. The basic rule for
collecting sales tax from online sales is: If your business has a physical
presence, or “nexus”, in a state, you are typically required to collect applicable
sales taxes from online customers in that state. So for me as long as the
online seller has a physical store, Yes it can be taxed, but if it doesn’t have
then they should not be taxed.I think that even if it’s a huge sum of money
collected from the celebrities and businessmen it’s still right. They usually
have big incomes so if you calculated their taxes it’s really gonna be big.
