1. MAIN STRUCTURE – ESD TYPE

1.1 ZHC-2 BENCH WORKSTATION RACK MODULE

Designed for modular installation of Scandura module for testing

and calibrating the electronic and pneumatic industrial process
instrumentation.
Modular configuration holder console, mounted across the rear of
the worktable. Console is designed to allow a total utilization of the
working area.
Two lateral supports accept the mounting of the modules general
main switch, air supply, power supply sockets, etc. Holder console
is available for housing the modules up to 6 units (HE).

Fully interchangeability is assured, so that components can be

rearranged or replaced as required. Two basic configurations,
straight and corner version with holder console or without holder
console.

All electric and pneumatic connections are fully protected; all metal
parts are provided with earth strap connection points.

All metallic parts are degreased, phosphatized and dried at 110 °C.
Coated with epoxy powder paint, oven baked at 180 °C. Covering
thickness is 50/60μ minimum.

1.2 ZAB-2 BENCH WORKTABLE

The worktable is constructed from high density board, thickness 30 mm, and finished with matt non reflective grey plastic laminate.
The work surface with rounded front edge is mounted onto a 70 mm high steel sub-frame. The front of the sub-frame has rectangular holes for the
insertion of electrical sockets.

Legs and Cabinets

Different configuration are available, two legs, one leg and one cabinets with 3 drawers, or two cabinets; one with drawers and one rack 19” version.

2. MAIN POWER SUPPLY

2.1 ZES 01-VE MAIN POWER SUPPLY WITH EMERGENCY PUSH BUTTON MODULE
Module is designed for power supply mains switch with a differential earth leakage breaker.
Module usually placed at the right or left support of holder/console side test benches. Complete with emergency push button.

7. TEMPERATURE GENERATION
7.1 COMPACT DRYBLOC AND MICROBATH CTM9100 - 150 °C

The temperature multi-function calibrator combines four application possibilities in one instrument. The simple instrument design enables fast and
simple switching, back and forth, between individual applications. Changing between the four possibilities can be made very easily using one of the
four keys and the toggle switch on the front. It is possible to calibrate nearly every thermometer with the different inserts, even contact (TC, Pt,
surface) or non-contact (infrared) thermometers.

9. DIGITAL BUS COMUNICATION
9.1 VDCM-H DIGITAL COMUNICATION MODULE FOR HART PROTOCOL
This Module is a combination of hardware and software dedicated to the device with field protocol. During the calibration procedure it should be possible to adjust
zero and span of the Device under Test. Today this simple action involves dramatically different procedures, depending on the communication protocol the transmitter
o general device under calibration has. To fulfill this requirement SCANDURA decided to develop the VDCM module.
Hart the combination of a modem Hart and the software package, gives the user a universal tool for configuration, parameter assignment, commissioning, diagnostics
and maintenance of intelligent field devices and automation components. With this System it is possible to configure a number of field devices by different
manufacturers using a single user interface. Device data can be easily set, changed, checked for plausibility, managed and simulated.
