RE : REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION – GOP-C-2022-045

Greetings!

We are formally writing in relation to the findings of our delivered goods, the First Aid Kit Bags,
under Contract No. GOP-C-2022-045.

On 15 February 2023, we were informed by the SMCS Warehouse Distribution Division through
our official email address that the abovementioned goods were rejected due to some non-complying
parameters. In lieu of this, we are humbly requesting for your kind consideration on the following
instances:

SPECIFICATIONS FINDINGS
1. Size of the Bag:

Given the above circumstances, we sincerely manifest that despite the variations of
measurements, we strongly believe that our delivered goods are still advantageous to the government,
as most (and in general) of the dimensions were above the required specifications. Accordingly, for the
concern with the “blue zipper”, we had resorted to use of the black zipper due to unavailability of the
said material. This was properly coursed through with your good office prior to the mass production.
