1. What is your own understanding of Mission & Vision?

● My own understanding of "mission" is that it provides a concise
explanation of an organization's purpose to its customers. Also, it supports
the vision and aims to communicate purpose and direction to
stakeholders, including employees, clients, suppliers, and customers. On
the other hand, vision represents an ideal state that the organization
wants to achieve in the future. They frequently act as a blueprint for a
company's future goals and provide explanations for why customers
should remain loyal over the long term.

2. Create your own company and develop the Mission and Vision of that company.
● My Company: Overruns Boutique
● Mission: To lead, to enhance and to provide a superior design, quality
and best-value to the customers. This will be accomplished by offering
great services, value and being committed to our business partners.
● Vision: To be a global leader in fashion outerwear and streetwear
clothing. through encouraging creativity and design to offer complete
consumer satisfaction.
