Bohr was the person to describe the arrangement of electrons

(electronic configuration) in different orbits/shells. So, the first point he

stated about the atomic model. To overcome the problems of Rutherford's
atom, in 1913 Niels Bohr put forth three postulates that sum up most of his
model:

basically the structure of an atom comprises of protons, neutrons and

electrons . And these basic components can be consumed from the mass
and charge of the atoms. So bohr discovered that the electrons orbitting
outsie the nucleus in the electron shells, move at very high speed. It was also
stated that electrons are negatively charged orbiting the positively charged
nucelus in circular orbits forming electron shells.
