SIR / MADAM

Good Day,

Tomorrow, November 15, 2022 will be our school intramurals. Different activities will be
held. The safety of our students should be highly prioritized as events like these can sometimes
bring untoward incidents and injuries. So to further secure the safety our learners, the San
Nicolas National High School Emergency Response Team will be on standby duty during those
events.

In regards to this, I would like to ask the following learners who are members of the SNNHS
ERT to be excused from their classes so that we can provide medical and first aid assistance in
the event that any injury or untoward incident happens.
