TECHFEST 2K23

"TechFest is where technology meets creativity and innovation comes alive."

TECHFEST 2023 is presenting a remarkable platform for young tech enthusiasts to


shine and showcase their talent. This event will provide a nurturing environment for
innovators to unleash their creativity and demonstrate their technological skills.

This is a golden opportunity for all tech enthusiasts to come together and create an
exceptional festival. It's time to ignite your imagination and put your skills to the test.

Please find attached the comprehensive list of rules and regulations for the various
events. You can register on-site at our registration desks on campus.

# Chuck Glider Workshop :


Event Outline:
Throughout the day, even students with no prior knowledge of design will be able
to easily understand
the concepts of glider plane. They will participate in building and launching their
own designing glider,
to gain a deeper understanding of the concept.

Rules for the event:


- Minimum no. of students should be 50 and maximum no. of students should not
exceed 70
- Students gain the concept of Glider
- There will be 4 participants per team
- Students will get certificate after completion of event
- Winner team will get Complimentary gift from us

Registration fees:
● 150/-per students

# Code Storm :
Students of all departments can participate.
Rules -
● The event coordinator will provide logical or mathematical problems to the
participants, and consequently they are required to write computer programs
using programming languages i.e. C++ .
● Evolution is based on the number of problems solved and time spent for writing
successful solutions.
● It will also include other factors such as quality of output produced, execution
time, program size, etc.

# Dare to Code :
Students of all departments can participate.

Rules -
● A truly deep skills extracting event which consists of 2 rounds.
● In the first round,every participant has to reform and correct the errors in the
given JAVA code.
● In the second round, a problem will be given,so the participants have to think
upon it and write a JAVA code for the problem.

#LOGO Design
Students of all departments can participate. Designing is all about imagination and
creativity. This event is based on designing a logo.

Rules -
● Participants have to design a logo using Photoshop in Windows OS.
● The participants' evaluation will be on the basis of creativity.
#CADENGERS:
Students of all departments can participate.This event is based on CAD software
Modelling & Analysis. CAD provides you the opportunity to test your skills in the field
of design. CAD Modelling event is where you bring to light all your designing talent
and knowledge about CAD software. It is down to visualizing, comprehending and
designing the impossible designs.

Rules -
● Design of a 3-D mechanical model on the computer using CREO 3.0 /
SOLIDWORKS 16, Drafting a 3D model, assembling its components and
simulating it.

#Arduioverse:

Arduioverse is a technical event aiming to check the basic arduino based


programming and implementation skills of participants.

● Nil
