This Hot Work Checklist is mandatory required to all activity involving open flames, producing sparks or heat activities this includes but not limited to: brazing, cutting, grinding, soldering,
torch-applied, welding and PWHT.
यह गम काम का चेक ल ट सभी ग त व धय के लए अ नवाय है िजसम खुल लपट, चंगार उ प न करना या आग क लगने वाल ग त व धयाँ शा मल ह, ले कन ये इन तक सी मत नह ं ह जैसे : टांकना,
काटना, डंग, सो ड रंग, टॉच से काय, वेि डंग और पीड लूएचट आ द।

activity.

Explosive atmosphere in the area is eliminated such as covering of live manhole within 75ft (23M) from the activity.

Activity has been properly isolated and restrained sparks with appropriate fire blanket.

Working area are free from any cluttered or obstruction.

Are all equipments, cable, etc. are in good condition and obtained with current color-coding system.

Note: This checklist shall be completed by the Task Supervisor/Foreman and fire watcher during their joint site inspection prior to signing and before allowing to commence hot work
activity. This completed checklist shall be discussed and remain with the assigned Fire Watch Man on that specific working area after the joint site inspection is completed.
नोट: यह चेक ल ट को काय पयवे क/फोरमैन और आग पर नज़र रखने वाला यि त, उनके काय थल नर ण के दौरान ह ता र करने से पहले और गम काम ग त व ध शु करने के लए अनुम त दे ने
से पहले पूरा कया जाएगा. यह पूरा कया चेक ल ट पर आग पर नज़र रखने वाला यि त के साथ काय थल नर ण के पूरा होने के बाद चचा कया जाएगा। ।
