Personal Profile:
Good track record on applied research, academic and business experience using innovation, cooperation, and self-
development. Flexible nature allows for innovation and respect for the opinions of others. My aim is to work in a challenging,
constantly evolving, team-based environment that enables personal development and progression.

Biography:
Currently, I am an Associate Professor of Data Communication and Networking at Faculty of Computer and IT, Sana’a
University, and the Vice Chancellor of Azal University for Human Development, Yemen. In addition, I was a member of Steering
Committee of ACIT conference for many years, and currently the editorial board member and technical committee member in
many journals such as International Journal of Computational Complexity and Intelligent Algorithms from Inderscience
Publishers, and a reviewer with ISI Q1 journal (CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua) at Tech Science Press and Scopus
journal (Library High Tech) at Emarald Publisher. The International Arab Journal for Information Technology, and Journal of
Intelligent Computing. My research interest is oriented to MANETs, VANETs, IoT and Ubiquitous Computing. In addition, I am
one of the founders of IEEE Yemen Subsection and the first chair of the subsection since November 2018 until now. I have
supervised on more than 60 Master theses and about 4 PhD theses.
