Go to your assigned community as a group. Interview at least 3 community leaders.


These may be barangay officials and/or leaders of people’s organizations.

MS. ALLIONA MARIE REGIS

1. What is your position? What are your duties and responsibilities? Write their
answers in the space provided.

“As a president, I am the one who takes charge in overall tasks. As well as doing
and showing something great to the youth that I'm surrounded with, especially
my members are actively helping my duties and responsibilities.”

2. How long have you been a leader in your organization? How were you selected?

“I have been leading the organization for five years. We did voting for the
selection of the officers so I am the one who takes lead for the position of
president”

3. What are your goals for your organization? What changes do you want to
implement?

“My aim is only one for my organization is to become more reliable in everything
we do. I have no interest in making a change. My goal is to become an efficient
and ethical organization and member. “

4. What are the common problems you encounter in your organizations? How do you
address these problems?

“The common problem that I always encounter is the misunderstanding between the
members and us officers and vice versa. I always think to them heartedly so that they
will know how to face the problem and I want them to become overcomers.”

“Acting N4 logistic, responsibilities are like funds keeping.”

“From 1st year until know, 2 was elected by my seniors”

implement?

“Change is something permanent so I want to build my juniors to become a


leader someday”

you address these problems?

“Nothing”
MS. GABRIELLE REYES

1. What is your position? What are your duties and responsibilities? Write their

“Club Adviser. One of my duties is to overlook and guide the officers and the
members of my organization.”

2. How long have you been a leader in your organization? How were you selected?

“I have been the adviser for 3 years already become back when in 2019 I was
appointed and assigned to be USRT adviser”

3. What are your goals for your organization? What changes do you want to
implement?

“My goals for my organization are unimaginable but very attainable thus it
requires hard work and pride for all the members. If I can change a thing in my
organization that I would like to strictly implement, it is basically being strict and
straightforward with regards to the laws and regulations of USRT.”

4. What are the common problems you encounter in your organizations? How do
you address these problems?

“Conduct of unbecoming or disobedience in the officers towards the advisers or


members to properly address the problem”

Journal Writing

Do you see yourself as a leader in your community? What type of a leader do you see
yourself?

- Yes, I see myself becoming a leader someday. I believe in my own capacity in


terms of leadership and I also believe that I can handle an organization someday.
If the time comes that I am going to be a leader, I will be a democratic leader.
This type of leadership is good to have a healthy organization, because I believe
that organization will not work if there is no unity between leader and members.
