Closure

Journal Writing

Do you see yourself as a leader in your community? What type of a leader do you see
yourself?

Yes, I imagine myself as the type of leader that prioritizes the needs of my
followers first before anything else. I will make sure they receive proper briefing and
knowledge, have a comfortable workplace, and have an environment where everyone
helps each other improve so they can use their skills appropriately. Everyone's
cooperation is needed to finish a job with good results. I won't force my followers to do
things they aren't familiar with. As much as possible, I want them to do things by
themselves or in a group, and I would only assist and give pointers to them from time to
time so they may achieve a sense of self-development.
