2. Payment Terms and Conditions

Notes:
 This offer is as per your submitted BOQ only for supply, testing & commissioning; any
other additional work or any new Requirements by client/consultant/third party will be
charged extraas applicable.
 All Materials are approved by Civil Defense.
 Provision of fire pump water tank, electric supply for fire pump & control panel and water
supply line from Municipality line to pump room will be by you.
 Any civil defense fees (drawing approval, completion certificates, and24X7fire alarm
connection to civil defense …) not included in our scope of work.
 All civil works such as holes for firefighting pipes and conduit pipes, all back boxes as well
as Digging and any work underground are excluded from our scope of work.
 You have to provide suitable place for our material storage

Validity : 30 days from the date of this offer

Payment Terms : 20% Advance payment upon confirmation

: 60% Against material delivery
:15% Against installation
: 5% After Civil Defense Certificate
