we considered all the above mentioned quantities &sizes as per your Architectural
• drawings and B.O.Q .Consultant's specifications is not available . If any variation in
sizes,glass performances, designs, quantities & specifications will have cost implications.

If any additional openings required other than mentioned in our offer will be
• charged accordingly.
• stainless steel , wooden and M.S works excluded in our scope of works
Power for installation, scaffolding facilities (if required) & necessary storage
• facilities has to be arranged by the Client/main contractor with free of cost
Any deviation from this quotation will be carried out only under a written
•
confirmation.
The commencement of the agreed delivery schedule would be calculated from
• the date of all approvals and commercial clearence.

• Detailed shop drawing shall submit only after order confirmation/advance payment.
We will not be responsible for delay due to non availability of material in the
• local market or the site openings are not ready.

If the main contractor fail to our payement terms&conditions we will stop our works
• without any further notifications

All the products as per this quotation remain the property of M/s Almaha Aluminium
• and Glass L.L.C unless paid fully
M/S. Almaha Aluminium and Glass L.L.C reserves the right to off take removable parts of
• our installed scope to its premises and retain the same unit till paid

• All Aluminium will be powder coated 60 - 80 microns (Jotun Powder coating )

• All Aluminium will be powder coated ( Gulf Extrusions/white Aluminium )

• All Aluminium will be 105 mm sections and non-thermalbreak

• All Aluminium curtainwall will be 50x80 mm sections (Strctural silicone glazing )

• Aluminium powder coated 50x25 mm tube (wooden finish )

• Door /window Hardware -Domus/Casal/Celine/Alder

• ALCOBOND - 4 mm thick Aluminium composite panel cladding

• All accessories are & branded item

Glazing ( Belgium - Medium Performance ) Tempered

• 6mm color reflective (Grey) glass +12 mm Airspacer + 6 mm clear float glass

6mm color reflective (Grey) glass +12 mm Airspacer + 6 mm clear obscured glass (

 Exclusions

All other doors & windows (Wooden, Steel & other metals), Sub frames, flashing,safety
grills, additional architrave (except standard),stained glass, , ladders, shower doors,
false ceiling, Golden reflective glass, any special accessories other than considered in
our offer,pergola/Canopy (Details not available from drawing), Water tank enclosure,
decorative panels for doors, high performance series glass, roll up fly screen,
Civil/electrical works, Third party testings, civil defence approval , all railings & all other
items (except the -mentioned items in our offer).

Terms of payments
• 10% Advance with contract signature (CDC/CASH)
• 80% Back to back (CDC/CASH)
• 5% Initial retention (CDC/CASH)
• 5% Final retention (CDC/CASH)
• Advance payment is not refundable, in the event of order cancellation.
Our quotation is exclusive of VAT and the 5% of total project value will be added against
invoices
