ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Slovenia Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai is a floating vision, highlighting the country’s
position as a green, diverse, smart and sustainable gem in the heart of Europe. The
structure makes innovative use of glass, steel and water to give visitors the impression they
are surrounded by a forest suspended in the air.

The ‘floating forest’ will be topped off by a sieve-dome that resembles a parasol. The design
is inspired by the revered architect Jože Plečnik, whose iconic works including the Triple
Bridge in the nation’s capital of Ljubljana. Themed the ‘Smart Green Cloud’, the Slovenia
Pavilion will use elements of water, nature and technology to engage all five senses and
give visitors an in-depth view of Slovenian culture.

The exhibition space and its contents will walk visitors through the central European
nation’s high quality of life, its green economy, boutique destination offerings and niche
innovations. Besides enjoying traditional music and dance, visitors may wish to pick up
intricate Slovenian lace items or olive oils. Travel enthusiasts can also check out the
diverse ways to enjoy a holiday in Slovenia, from spas and skiing to golf and farm tourism.

After taking in artworks by Slovenian painters, sculptors and designers, visitors can sample
national sweet treats such as potica cake pastries. A special water bar will present a choice
of Slovenian mineral waters, while a VIP salon located on top of the green cloud will be an
ideal space for business meetings and events.

The location of this project is on plot no. C.196, in the Sustainability District of Expo 2020,
Dubai, UAE.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTION

Careful maintenance is required as part of any material/products life to ensure it reaches its
intended lifespan in the working order/aesthetic. RIKO recommends the following maintenance
procedures in the following areas to ensure the continued quality and life of the materials
installed on the project:

1 CERAMIC/PORCELAIN WALL & FLOOR TILES

EVERY DAY CLEANING

Routine maintenance consists of frequent vacuuming to minimize dirt accumulation and possible
staining/damage to the tile.
Thoroughly wipe up any spills using plain warm water. While they are not likely to stain your
ceramic tiles, spills may stain the grouting between the tiles and if they are left to sit for too long.
Plain water is the ideal cleaner because it leaves no residue if you dry the surface of the tiles
thoroughly after cleaning. If you leave it wet, there may be some mineral residue after the water
dries but this can be easily removed by spot cleaning. If stains resist cleaning with water alone,
you can use a mild acidic solution such as white vinegar or we recommend a neutral detergent.
Dilute the acidic solution depending on the dirt. When highly diluted it does not need rinsing.

INTENSE CLEANING
For stains that are more stubborn, you can use an aftermarket degreasing detergent or stain
remover. Use the right dilution to give the desired effect. Undiluted, left to work for around 20-40
minutes to remove stains and residues of epoxy grouting.
**Do not use any chemicals on tiles with metallic surfaces as it may cause unwarranted
reactions and damage the product.**

ACID CLEANING
If there are deep grained stains, then acid washing can be done. An acid-based descaling
detergent that does not emit harmful fumes and does not harm the grouting is best to remove
different kinds of encrusted dirt that regular moping will not remove.

For Acid Washing deep stain we recommend the following: Mix the detergent with water in the
recommended dilution ratio. Brush the floor thoroughly, then evenly apply the solution of diluted
detergent using a normal flat brush, floor mop or a rough household floor cloth. Leave for a few
minutes, depending on how dirty the surface is. Rub hard with a green abrasive sponge or flat
brush with nylon bristles. Remove residues with cloths or a liquid vacuum cleaner and mop with
water to remove any acid traces.

2 EXTERNAL WALL PAINT SYSTEM

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

The painted surfaces need to be cleaned at suitable intervals (at least once in a month). This
could increase due to weather conditions or the location/usage/foot traffic. When using cleaning
aids such as mops, brushes etc, cleaning must be done to ensure that there is no abrading to the
paint surface, this will damage the paint and possibly compromise the system. Mild detergents
can be used if diluted and the TDS is checked to ensure that it does not harm the paint.

INSPECTION & RECTIFICATION

In the case of external and floor crack filling and touch up painting is essential to overcome the
problem of paint peeling off. If cracks are not treated in time, there is the possibility of moisture
entrapment and subsequent paint peeling off. When the cracks are filled and over-coated with
the new paint of the same supplier, there is bound to be some slight variations in appearance of
the surface.

REPAIR
The following is the method of repairing for the external paint system used:
 Identify the surface that is damaged or needs coating. Clean the area to remove any
loose particles, dirt, dust or oil from the surface with clean dry cloth.
 Evaluate the reason of failure and asses the existing condition of the coating.
 If moisture entrapment is the reason for failure, the source of moisture must be
addressed properly and repaired before the coating.
 Damaged coating shall be marked and removed carefully using scrapper, or light
grinding without damaging the good coating area.
 Apply Acrylic Emulsion primer using roller or brush and allow to dry.
 Apply Colorxtreme Silk by the appropriate application methods and allow to dry properly.
 Apply 1st coat of Durathene using appropriate application methods and allow it to dry
properly.
 Apply 2nd coat of Durathene as mentioned above.

MODIFICATION INFORMATION
If a different new colour is required at a later stage, the colour should be applied after cleaning
down the surface to remove the entire dirt & dust from the existing colour. Two coats of the new
colour are to be applied to achieve the colour selected.

DISPOSAL INSTRUCTION
The empty drums and cans should be disposed in accordance with national regulations.

O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

3 INTERNAL WALL PAINT SYSTEM

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Internally painted surfaces need to be cleaned as required. For wall coatings or ceiling coatings
that are flat finishes do not use rough abrasives or solvent cleaners, stiff scrubbing brushes or
harsh caustic preparations. Instead, use warm water with a small amount of mild detergent.
Apply the solution to the affected area with a soft cloth, where the marking is particularly
stubborn. Having thoroughly cleaned the affected area, you should then proceed to wash down
the whole wall or ceiling to eliminate any chance of patchiness.
Finally, rinse off the washed area with clean water and allow to dry. Avoid vigorous scrubbing
with chemicals or brushes and scourers to prevent burnishing the surfaces and causing shiny
patches.

4 SUSPENDED CEILING SYSTEM

Cleaning Methods
A commercial vacuum system with 100-inches/H2O vacuum capacity is recommended for
removing dust particles. The vacuum system cleaning attachment should be a 3” diameter wand
with natural hair bristle. A HEPA vacuum filter is recommended to minimize air borne dust during
the cleaning process. Care must be taken while vacuuming to avoid excessive pressure. Use a
blotting action to minimize potential loss of surface texture.
Using a damp cloth or sponge with a mild detergent, wipe lightly on surface of board to remove
dirt C - Use a damp cloth or sponge with a mild detergent to wipe with medium pressure on
surface to be cleaned.
Using a soft bristled brush with water and a mild detergent, gently scrub the face of the product.
Routine maintenance consists of frequent vacuuming to minimize dirt accumulation. Use a mild
household cleaner like Fantastic and a soft cloth. Before cleaning the grid, remove the ceiling
panels to prevent cleaning solution or dirt from getting on the panels.
Abrasive or strong chemical detergent should not be used. A mild detergent diluted in warm
water, applied with a soft cloth, rinsed and finally wiped off with a chamois will maintain the
ceiling in good condition. Oily or stubborn stains, if not removed by washing, can be wiped with
products like Fantastic, but care is necessary to avoid affecting the gloss level of the paint finish.
Use a clean, dry, soft, white cloth to wipe off any dirt or greasy fingerprints. If this does not clean
the panel, use a damp clean soft white cloth or sponge with a mild detergent to wipe the panel.
Avoid wiping the panel surfaces with abrasive compounds of any type. Panels should be handled
with clean gloves/hands to avoid fingerprints. Static charges that may build up after removing
protective masking can be removed by wiping the sheet with a cloth dampened with water.
Lightly dust with a duster or soft, clean cloth first. Panels may then be cleaned with a small
amount of dishwashing liquid in warm water. Keep the cleaning cloth free of grit by frequently
rinsing in clean water

O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

Use a damp cloth, sponge or soft bristled brush with water, mild clear detergent or disinfectant.
Gently wipe or scrub the panel surface with medium pressure. Lightly Sprayed panels with a
clear cleaning agent or clear disinfectant and wiped clean with
a dry cloth.
Use a clean, dry, soft, white cloth to wipe off any dirt or greasy fingerprints. If this does not clean
the panel, use a damp clean soft white cloth. -- Where “mild clear detergent” is referenced use a
clear dishwashing liquid -- Where “clear disinfectant” is referenced use sodium hypochlorite,
isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide or quaternary ammonium. For greasy stains – use products
like Clear Fantastic

5 FIRE RATED STEEL DOOR, TIMBER DOORS & TIMBER DOORS

HARDWARE Every 3 months: Check lubrication and operation of all locks, hinges, closers, shoot
bolts and other accessories and where necessary, carry out adjustment and lubrication of moving
parts as detailed in the installation literature, or in the case of non- standard hardware, to the
supplier’s recommendations. Retention of all components should also be checked and corrected
where necessary.

SEALS Every 3 months: Check weather-strips for damage, shrinkage or distortion and replace or
reseal as necessary.

SEALANTS Every 3 months: Check gaskets and sealants applied to all joints and around fixing
screw heads and that adapter interfaces are intact and undamaged. Where gasket or sealant has
been damaged or failed, it should be replaced, and care taken to ensure aesthetic appearance of
product is not compromised.

DAMAGE Every 3 months: Check all aspects of the product externally for damage and, where
practicable, the affected parts should be replaced.

NOTE: These recommendations are what we would consider to be the minimum requirement for
routine maintenance and cleaning to maximise the product life. However, should a problem
develop with either the performance of the product in total or of the components fitted to the
product, between checks, then appropriate action needs to be taken to overcome them.

NOTE: Marine, aggressive or chlorine environments carry additional cleaning and maintenance
demands, which should be handled on a project basis, and according to the manufacturer’s
requirements.

O&M Manual

6 ALUMINUM DOOR AND CURTAIN WALL

MAINTENANCE (Normal Environments)

1. Anodised finishes require regular cleaning at suggested intervals of 3 to 12 months,
dependant on the environment.

Typical recommendations are:

Marine Environment - Every 3 months
Swimming Pool Environment - Every 3 months
Industrial Environment - Every 6 months
Urban Environment - Every 8 months
Rural Environment - Every 12 months

More regular cleaning may be required in aggressive environments, but the condition of the
surface finish will make this apparent. We are recommending every 3 months.

2. The cleaning method should be a washing down with a solution of mild non-alkaline
detergent in warm water (the solution should have a pH of between 6.5 & 7.5) and dried
with a chamois cloth or similar.

NOTE. The use of a more aggressive cleaner will not compensate for lack of regular
maintenance and can damage the surface.

3. Small areas of heavier deposits may be removed with the assistance of a stiff bristle or
nylon brush.

MAINTENANCE (Specific)
1. If there are areas where dirt accumulates e.g. no natural wash down, then these can be
cleansed using a mild abrasive such as a pumice powder and water, or Scotchbrite pads
(ultra fine or very fine).

2. If the deposits are of a greasy nature, then cleaning may be done using a soft cloth
dipped in white spirit.

3. Before the use of either of the above, it is recommended that a test area be chosen
and the method tried and allowed to dry before judging the effect on the finish.

MAINTENANCE (After Cleaning)

After any cleaning process of the anodised finish should be washed down with clean water to
prevent any deposits remaining on the surface. In addition, the surface can be treated with a
good quality wax polish. In order to retain the aesthetic qualities and the long term durability of
the anodised finish, it is important that the above procedures are followed.

O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

DOORS

HARDWARE Every 3 months: Check lubrication and operation of all locks, hinges, closers, shoot
bolts and other accessories and where necessary, carry out adjustment and lubrication of moving
parts as detailed in the installation literature, or in the case of non- standard hardware, to the
supplier’s recommendations. Retention of all components should also be checked and corrected
where necessary.

SEALS Every 3 months: Check weather-strips for damage, shrinkage or distortion and replace or
reseal as necessary.

SEALANTS Every 3 months: Check glazing gaskets and sealants applied to all joints and around
fixing screw heads and that adapter interfaces are intact and undamaged. Where gasket or
sealant has been damaged or failed, it should be replaced, and care taken to ensure aesthetic
appearance of product is not compromised.

DRAINAGE Every 3 months: Check that no obstructions are present at drainage slots and holes
and wipe clean around these areas.

7 TIMBER STRUCTURE

Maintenance instructions for cross-laminated (X-Lam) CLT structure

1. Operating instructions:

A prerequisite for proper operation is the use of the entire structure of the building in accordance
with the purpose of the building and with the loads that do not exceed the loads that were taken
into account in the static analysis of the structure of the building. After natural disasters, such as
an earthquake, strong storms, fire, etc., the facility must be inspected by a professional service
before further use of the facility.

O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

2. Instructions for the maintenance of building structures:

A prerequisite for proper care, maintenance and repairs, is regular inspection of individual parts
of the building. Ensure regular professional inspection of load-bearing structural elements. A
comprehensive inspection of the load-bearing structure is required every year. Guidance on
inspections is provided below.
2.1. Wooden construction:
Massive cross laminated (X-Lam) timber CLT elements (plates and walls) have to be all the time
of the building exploitation protected against any kind of higher humidity level, against humid due
to atmosphere water or water which could penetrate into the timber
structure due to any kind of water, heating or cooling installation or not proper
architectural or execution detail on the fagade envelope.
Due to changes in the humidity of wooden elements, small cracks and leakage of resin from the
resin pockets can appear on all wooden visible surfaces, depending on the difference in wood
moisture during installation and wood humidity when using the building. In order to ensure the
stability of the wooden surface and thus prevent the cracking of wooden surfaces, a controlled
temperature regime without large fluctuations in heating or cooling the building is proposed.
At the same time, it is necessary to monitor the humidity in the room/inside area and in case of
humidity below 35% for longer time, action should be taken to elevate humidity to level between
45% and 55%. Sudden lift or drop of humidity outside of mentioned levels should be avoided.

O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

All possible defects resulting from normal deviations of wood as a natural material (such as slight
differences in weight, colour, layers and quality of wood) are allowed in accordance with the
statutory tolerances for wooden structures.

Maintenance instructions for ROOF UMBRELLA STRUCTURE

1. Water protection of joint in main glued laminated timber beams:

All joints must be monitored every 3 months and in case if rain water will have an huge structural
influence on the timber joints all joints must be covered with waterprofing e.g.
“Super Waterproof Tape Butyl Rubber Aluminium Foil Tape”.  Joint conditions must be reported
to the structural engineer accuratly.
2. Fire coating:

Condition and thickness of the fire coating of glued laminated timber beams and LVL mesh infills
must be regularly monitored every 3 months. Coating has to be applied again as per producer
instructions in case of:
Coat is damaged, e.g. Heavy desert storm,
3. Deformation monitoring:

Due to the complexity and importance of the structural elements and joints of the roof umbrella
structure monitoring of deformations in the set checking points must be performed according to
the schedule below:
1. After first wind conditions where the wind speed exceeded 20 m/s,
2. After every wind conditions where the wind speed exceeded 30 m/s,
3. Atleast in a period ofevery 3 months.

Deformations in all three axes (X, Y, Z) must be monitored and a report with graphical material
must be submitted for a review to a structural engineer.

Instructions for Maintenance/maintenance conditions and manual

1. The substrate / growing medium used in the green wall is rock wool, as a light and inert
substrate, where nutrient dosing is easier to control and the environment is more
controlled than in conventional soil substrate mixtures. Applies to pH neutral substrate (7).
Rock wool has an enormous water retention capacity (up to 90% of volume) and is
therefore even more suitable for growing plants in arid areas.

2. For proper monitoring of humidity in the panels, we suggest the use of sensors for
maintenance and measurement of appropriate humidity for remote monitoring of the
green wall and connection to the irrigation unit and web application / software. The
sensors shall monitor the state of the basic parameters of the green wall such as
evaporation, transpiration, temperature and humidity, which depend on outside climate
conditions. The sensors shall be connected to an irrigation and nutrient supply unit for
proper plant growth and consequent support for irrigation software. The sensors warn of
incorrect operation (insufficient water supply at particular wall partition), in a timely
manner and have the option of online monitoring 24 hours a day. The use of sensors is in
the domain of the maintainer. The use of sensors is not necessary, but it is recommended
to avoid the death of plants in extreme weather conditions.

to agreement with the client.

4. Substrate humidity
If the moisture content is too low or too high, the watering time or frequency shall be adjusted.
Electrical humidity sensors may also need to be reset. After a few months, they oxidize and need
to be replaced.

5. Nutrient concentration
The nutrient concentration is checked with an electrical conductivity sensor. If the electrical
conductivity is too high, the tank must be emptied and filled with water, and nutrients must be

added. Because water, as it circulates through the substrate, flushes out nutrient salts and thus
saturates the water with salt, the tank must be emptied after five to ten fillings with water and
fertilizers. The appropriate concentration of nutrients for successful plant growth is assessed by
the maintenance provider.

6. Water PH

The pH of the water is checked with a digital pH meter. If the pH is too high, an appropriate
amount of acid must be added to soften the water. If the pH is too low, clean water is added or
the tank is emptied and refilled. The PH water concentration is checked and corrected
accordingly by the maintenance provider.

7. Irrigation System

It is required, to checking the water inflow into the reservoir. If water does not flow into the tank,
there is necessary to check the operation of electromagnetic (solenoid) valves and whether there
is water present in the water distribution system. CaCO3 can cause float switches and
electromagnetic (solenoid) valves to snap /stuck. If so, CaCO3 can be dissolved using citric acid.
The drips should also be checked, especially for dry parts of the substrate (partition), which is
checked /reported by sensors. If the irrigation system does not work, use an acid fertilizer such
as e.g.Pecacid, or the drippers need to be replaced. The water filter must be cleaned monthly;
the operation of the water pump must also be checked every month to see if it reaches the set
pressure.

8. The sensoric system for maintenance must have the following technical characteristics:
- Ability to connect to the computer of the irrigation system. As water is not supplied at time
intervals, but according to the water needs of the plants, according to the sensor system
response. This means very economical water consumption if the system is set up correctly.
- Ability for Connection / programming with nutrient delivery unit and delivery intervals. This
allows the amount of nutrient supply to be reduced or increased during specific local climate
conditions or plant requirements.
- Ability for connection to the nutrient dosing pump. This pump can be set very precisely and
operates independently of water pressure. As the pump can inject very small doses of
nutrients, the nutrient solution must be diluted and adjusted to the needs of the plants. If the
nutrients run out, the spray pump for nutrients automatically shuts off and pumps only clean
water. At the same time, a warning message is sent to the service staff by e-mail. A nutrient
container with suction unit and a low level detector are included.
- The maintenance sensor system must be connected and record the functions and faults of
the following system elements:
i.

Water filter with manometer and non-return valve

ii. Main valve
iii. Ventilation grilles mounted on the sides of cabinets
iv. Program for sending e-mail in case of failures
v. The entire regulation can be monitored remotely via the Internet. You can also change
the settings using by remote control system.
vi. Individual insight into the water consumption of each faucet, as well as the amount of
moisture and temperature in the wall partitions themselves. The archive is stored in the
program with clear charts.
vii. Flow detection and alarm leakage or current blocking.
viii. Temperature measurement with set temperature-dependent humidity point (more
water with increasing outside temperature, adjustable to climate conditions)
ix. Frequency control of the pump, each section of the wall has its own specific pressure
level
9. It is necessary to calibrate the irrigation system during the regular inspection of the
system (drippers, irrigation unit, nutrient supply unit, transmitters, reprogramming of the
irrigation unit and its functions). In the event of changes in of the irrigation program, check
items 5 and 6.

10. Programming / reprogramming of the functioning for separate irrigation units / partitions:

a. The irrigation plan will be based on different heights and lengths of sections (zones)
on the wall and represents a trade secret of the manufacturer (know-how).
b. Accordingly, different sections are irrigated differently by time, frequency, and
duration.
c. Different sections are irrigated at different time intervals, not all sections are irrigated
at the same time, with the aim of preventing pressure drops in the wall and irrigation
pipes.
d. All plants on the wall must have the same watering conditions, by implicating different
factors as mentioned in point 9b and 9c.
e. Before the start of maintenance, a precise setting of the time, irrigation, nutrient
dosing and duration of irrigation is programmed according to the climate conditions on
the location and the time of year.

11. The site must be visited at least once a week for regular maintenance and the inspection
must include:
• Technical part: irrigation and fertilization system, gutter and drip maintenance / cleaning,
sensor system
• Green part: plants care like described in spreadsheet in point 3.

Detailed measures described in the following points.

O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

12. Regular inspection and maintenance of the irrigation system according to the existing
conditions, correct programming / reprogramming in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions.
The irrigation system is a complex technical system (support + 450m2 of plant wall),
contains 13 different irrigation (solenoid) valves.
Adjustment of irrigation times / programming / reprogramming, quantities and frequencies
as required by changed circumstances applicable in specific weather / climate conditions.
The irrigation system is based on a system of twin-head pumps, alternating with each
other during the irrigation process and providing a contingency plan in the event of a
pump failure.
Regular check of the quality of the provided water for the irrigation system with prepared
kits for monitoring the operation (eg PH, EC, TDS, salinity).
Regular check the operation of drippers, pipes, valves, water tank and associated
components of the irrigation system.
Maintenance will include:
a. weekly inspection of the technical system, and the frequency of watering / adding
nutrients
b. checking irrigation pipe connections
c. Checking the flow of irrigation pipes
d. Any necessary replacements of any small technical component.

13. Verification of the nutrient supply system, use of specially prepared and suitable types of
fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides and fungicides as specified in the conditions and points
referred to in point 1. For nutrients used pesticides suitable for hydroponic growth and
green wall performance. Supply and preparation / mixing of nutrients is included in
maintenance costs.

14. Checking the operation of the sensors, checking the installation/placement of the sensors,
if necessary calibration, replacement in case of non-functionality, checking the connection
of the sensor to the computer for hardware control - irrigation system.

15. Green part maintenance includes: inspection / pruning (like described in spreadsheet in
point 3) and verification of nutrients, depending on site conditions, time of year, weather,
temperature fluctuations, environmental impacts and according to the hydroponic green
wall maintenance protocol. Maintaining plants involves replacing plants and further
pruning, cutting, etc. All regular replacement plants are included in the maintenance price
per m2, except for plant replacement for the reasons of special events. Special events are
events which has not happened/ occurred in case of normal operation of the green wall or
in some force major events like grasshoppers attacks, special weather events, which are
not considered as normal events in the area, events that had occurred due to inability to
access the wall or failures of the system caused by other non-usual factors or 3rd persons.

O&M Manual
Slovenian Pavilion @ Plot C.196 Expo 2020, Dubai, UAE.

Pruning of individual plants in different ways and at different time intervals according to
needs that cannot be precisely defined (this is an extreme climate).
- Average pruning time: every 7 - 10 days.
- Regular removal of debris and dead leaves.
- Removal of woody parts of plants.
- Check the level of the fertilizer tank and add if necessary.
- Checking and adjusting irrigation time intervals and quantities according to plant
location, site conditions and time of year.
- The quantity and type of (organic) fertilizers are constantly adjusted to the regular
conditions and potentially special conditions during regular visits.
- If necessary, preventive (regularly) as well as targeted (in case of incident) pesticides
and fungicides are used.

16. The maintenance provider must ensure the disposal of the organic part of the waste by
transport to a permanent landfill. Cleaning the gutters to drain excess water.

17. Maintenance shall include an intervention check and all necessary measures detected by
the sensor system, if fitted.

18. The maintenance period begins immediately after the installation of the green wall and
lasts until the end of the exhibition.

19. The time for start and end of maintenence is defined by the client and maintenance peroid
by the maintenance contractor. Remark; wall maintenance begins on the day the green
wall is installed. In the absence of water in such extreme conditions for a very short time,
lack of water can cause damage to the green part of the wall and can cause additional
costs and damage the total look of the green wall.

20. For the needs of maintenance, it is necessary to provide appropriate lifting technique and
equipment (maintenance provider shall check on the spot what type of lifting equipment is
needed):
• Lifting platform / basket, spider lift, with telescopic arm with delivery to and from the
maintenance site
