MODULE ACTIVITY 1
After the implementation of the community project/ activity, summarize the results of the evaluation scores. For each
item, provide an explanation on what went well and what could be improved based on the score you gathered. Present
the summarized scores in class.

Ukol sa Proyekto/ Aktibidad

1. Maayos at may sapat na oras upang ipaalam sa mamamayan ang proyekto/Aktibidad.

Explanation:
5 because the project is a bit rushed but still went well.

2. Maayos at nasa tamang oras ang pagsisimula at pagtatapos ng proyekto/aktibidad

Explanation: Only 3 because like I said in the previous answer, the project was a bit
Rushed, But it ended on time before the deadline.

Explanation: All 3
because we have a store which we closed on its normal operations and instead, we used it as consultation for mental
health and everything went smoothly, the consultation was successful, and clients participated accordingly.

All 3 because mental health matters especially in our barangay and the members of our barangay are grateful with the
consultation they got

1. Nakatulong ang proyekto pagtugon sa mga isyu o pangangailangan ng pamayanan Score is 3 because it helped
the members of our community who participated in dealing with their mental health concerns and issues which also
contributes into having a healthy minded community as a whole.

I just remembered when I was a leader of my team from my past work experience, that being a leader must have skills
and good oral communication to his/her co-worker.

3.How likely are you to participate in future community engagement activities of the university?
It depends on the activity if it is beneficial for me why not if not why should I.
