Tool

- Grater to process coconut,

- Use a pestle/blender to smooth the spices,

- Stove for cooking,

- Frying pan as a container for cooking,

- Measuring cup, used to measure the volume of coconut milk.

Material

1 kg of sliced beef

1.5 liters of thick coconut milk

1 sheet of turmeric leaf

100 grams of fine red chili

100 grams of red onion mashed

5 pieces of lime leaves

1 stick of lemongrass crushed

4 cloves of garlic crushed

1 piece of crushed ginger


1 piece of bruised galangal

50 ml Bango sweet soy sauce

salt

How to cook

1. Boil the coconut milk until it boils, add all the spices and beef.

2. Cook until the water is reduced, reduce the heat, stir until the oil comes out.

serve warm
