Gabay sa Magulang

Hinihiling ang inyong paggabay upang matagumpay na maisakatuparan ng


mag-aaral ang mga tagubilin sa pagsasagawa ng mga gawain sa malinis na papel.
• Gawain 1: Gabayan ang mag-aaral sa pagsulat ng mga problema na
napagdaanan ngayong “New Normal”.
• Gawain 2: Tulungan ang mag-aaral na mag isip ng mga paraan kung ano
nararapat na gawain sa iba’t – ibang sitwasyon na nangangailangan ng solusyon.
• Gawain 3: Magbibigay ang gawaing ito ng kaliwanagan sa mensaheng nais
iparating ng modyul na ito
• Gawain 4: Gabayan ang mag aaral na mag isip ng isang tao na nagbigay o nag
abot ng tulong sa kanya at ipalawinag kung papano siya natulungan nito.
• Gawain 5: Gabayan ang mag-aaral na na tukuyin ang kahalagahan ng paghingi ng
tulong sa iba.
• Gawain 6: Gagawa ang mag-aaral ng liham papasalamat sa taong nagbigay o nag
abot ng tulong sa kanya
Tiyaking magagawa ito nang tapat at maipapasa sa petsa at oras na itinakda
ng kaniyang gurong-tagapayo.

Let’s Explore This – which will guide you towards what you need to learn;

Keep in Mind – which will give you the lessons that you need to learn and understand;

You Can Do It – which will help you apply the lessons learned in daily activities;

What I Have learned – which will test and evaluate your learning;

Share Your Thoughts and Feelings – which will help you express your thoughts,
opinions and feelings.

Make sure to read, think, follow, and enjoy every task that you are asked to do.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this module, you are expected to:


1. Identify different problems encountered within oneself, family, school and in the
community;
2. differentiate effective ways on how to address personal and social issues;
3. demonstrate ways on accepting issues and problems encountered in life with the
help of others; and
4. express appreciation to the help given by others in solving one’s problems.

Period: Weeks 3 and 4 of 3rd Quarter

Introduction

Last time, you have learned different ways on how you can take care of yourself
and situations that you have to be aware and careful of which can bring harm to you.
In this module, you will learn to identify problems you might have within yourself,
school and in the community. You will also learn how to come up with effective ways
on how to address personal and social issues. You will also be equipped with skills
on how you can accept issues and problems you may have in life and with others.

Let’s Try This

Suggested Time Allotment: 25 minutes


1. Try to think of problems you have encountered recently.
2. To present what you have thought of, create a table and label each column: Self,
Home, School, and Community.
3. Classify the problems or issues according to the category they belong to.

Keep in Mind
Suggested Time Allotment: 30 minutes
You meet different problems at home, school or anywhere you are. It differs
how deeply it can affect you. There are different ways on how you can accept various
problems you encounter in your daily life. These ways can be of help in finding
solutions.

Accepting situations that are beyond your control, will help you define your
feelings and thoughts. Accepting the things as it is will also help you gain
understanding and at the same time can change other things. Losing your pen in
school or breaking your favorite toy may give you a feeling of sadness, but somehow
can help you become cautious and resourceful next time.

To make things better when there is a problem, here are the following ways that
might help you. First, try to identify what the problem is. It is important for you to
know what your real concern is. Secondly, try to look for people whom you can ask
for help or advice in solving your problems. Lastly, try the possible solutions you have
on how you can solve your problem.

There are times when you encounter the same problem, trying to remember
your effective strategy with the same problem can help you solve it faster and easier.

Having a positive thought that there are ways on how to resolve a problem can
give strength and courage to find solutions. Let it be your guide to be focus in what
should be done.

Share Your Thoughts and Feelings

Suggested Time Allotment: 10 minutes


There is a need for you to express your gratitude to the people who helped you solve
a problem.
1. To show your appreciation, draw four big hearts using your paper.
2. Write a “Thank You” note inside the drawing, and you are tasked to give it to
your:
a. parents
b. siblings
c. relatives
d. friends
3. Use your coloring materials to make it attractive.
