(Shōjo 少女 (shōjo), literally means 'young woman', commonly use to describe cute
and innocent girl)
In 1974, Japanese stationary brand Sanrio introduced the iconic character,
Hello Kitty. Designed by Yuko Yamaguchi,
Hello Kitty is a super-cute white cat—with pointed ears no mouth and a red
bow
Almost fifty years later, Hello Kitty is recognised all over the world.
In 2008, Japan named Hello Kitty as their official tourism ambassador, inviting
the rest of the world to celebrate the country’s proud kawaii identity.
