AIMS OF THE ACT

economic well-being of the health workers, their
living and working conditions and terms of CODE ON SANITATION

environmental problems.
3. Recognizes that the responsibility of cleaning the habitat
and environment is primarily area-based. The State also

1. To provide all citizens of the Philippines with the
mechanism to gain financial access to health services;
2. Create the National Health Insurance Program,  NATIONAL BLOOD
hereinafter referred to as the Program, to serve as the

AIMS OF THE ACT
This Act repealed Republic Act No. 6425,
otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs Act
of 1972, as amended, and providing funds for
its implementation. Under this Act, the
Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) remains as the
policy-making and strategy-formulating body
in planning and formulation of policies and
program on drug prevention and control.
It also created the Philippine Drug
Enforcement Agency (PDEA) under the Office
of the President

AIMS OF THE ACT
1. To safeguard the integrity of its territory and
the well-being of its citizenry particularly the
youth, from the harmful effects of dangerous
drugs on their physical and mental well-being,

detrimental to their development and
preservation. In view of the foregoing, the State
needs to enhance further the efficacy of the law
against dangerous drugs, it being one of today's
more serious social ills.

The Responsible Parenthood and
THE RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD Reproductive Health Act of
AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH 2012 (Republic Act No. 10354), informally
ACT OF 2012 known as the Reproductive Health
Law or RH Law, is a law in the Philippines,
Republic Act No. 10354 which guarantees universal access to
methods on contraception, fertility
control, sexual education, and maternal
care.

AIMS OF THE ACT

The act aims to provide for mandatory basic immunization
services for infants and children, repealing for the purpose of
MANDATORY INFANTS AND presidential decree no. 996, as amended.
CHILDREN HEALTH The mandatory basic immunization for all infants and
children provided under this Act shall cover the following
IMMUNIZATION ACT OF 2011 vaccine-preventable diseases: Tuberculosis; Diphtheria,
tetanus and pertussis: Poliomyelitis; Measles; Mumps; Rubella
Republic Act No. 10152 or German measles; Hepatitis-B; H. Influenza type B (HIB);
and such other types as may be determined by the Secretary
of Health in a department circular.
The mandatory basic immunization shall be given for free at
any government hospital or health center to infants and
children up to five (5) years of age.

This act aims to pursue a more

AIMS OF THE ACT

This act aims to establish and implement a

tobacco products shall be regulated in order
