2. Individual Video Presentation –  Choose ONE (1) contemporary


Assignment: 10% issue/challenge of training and
Video development.
Presentation  Find ONE (1) related journal to support
the topic/issue chosen (make sure the
journal was published from 2015
onwards).
 Review the chosen journal by:
- identifying the main
issue(s)/challenge(s);
- discussing the issue(s)/challenge(s) or
research findings; and
- suggesting the solutions to overcome
the issue(s)/challenge(s).
 Prepare a short video and make sure it
should not exceed 7 minutes in length.
 Share the video with your
friends/classmates on any online
platforms or apps so that everyone will
gain valuable knowledge or information
about training and development
issues/challenges discussed/presented.
 Please use your creativity to produce
high-quality, informative, and attractive
videos to get good marks.
 Don’t forget to acknowledge the
journal’s paper title and author(s) at the
beginning of your video.

3. Group Participants  Students are required to attend PDP and
