Oleksandr Kiva, Vice President and Deputy General Designer, Antonov

Mr. Oleksandr Kiva – Vice-President for Marketing, Sales and Integrated Customer Support. He is 53 years-old, and
has been working for Antonov Company since 1988. He takes part in major policy decisions concerning activities of
the company and its strategic development. He is a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of Antonov
Company.
Oleksandr Kiva participates in the formation of concepts, technical configurations and feasibility studies for the
creation of new Antonov aircraft types. He is responsible for providing market forecasts and research into the
development of new airplanes. New contracts between Antonov Company and its new and existing customers are
currently progressing and under his leadership. Oleksandr Kiva is one of the major architects of the modern
integral after-sale support system for Antonov Company.
He has taken part in the development of aircraft types such as: An-38, An-140, An-148, An-158, An-178, An-132.
Oleksandr Kiva has contributed to the development of modifications and upgrades to existing Antonov aircraft,
including upgrading of the An-32 for the Indian Air Force and upgrading of the An-72 and An-74.
