DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and entered into by and between ARIEL
A. BEBOSO of legal age, with residence and postal address at Purok 2, Bayugan 3,
Rosario, Agusan del Sur, hereinafter called the VENDOR, and JUSTINE JAY C.
ALDERITE likewise of legal age, with residence and postal address at Purok 7, Bayugan 2,
San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, hereinafter called the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php
45,000.00), Philippine currency, receipt of which sum from the VENDEE is hereby
acknowledged, the VENDOR hereby SOLD, TRANSFERRED, AND CONVEYED, and by
these presents does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the said VENDEE,
his/her heirs, successors and assigns, that certain motor vehicle on an “AS IS WHERE IS”
condition which is more particularly described as follows:

Of which the vendor is the absolute and registered owner.

That the VENDOR herby covenants that the described property is free from all liens
and encumbrances and that he will defend the same from all claims of whatever nature of
kind.
