On behalf of the entire Steps faculty and staff, we wanted to reach out to let you know how

grateful we are for your continued support. Every time you take a class, you support a
teacher, inspire fellow dancers, and leave your mark in the dance world.

Steps on Broadway co-founder, Carol Paumgarten was a shining light that led our way for 40
years and her life was filled with grace and dedication to dance. She laid the foundation for
Steps to become a pillar of the dance community, a place where dancers- from the novice to
the professional - train, rehearse, congregate, and dream. This community she envisioned
cannot survive without you.

We honor Carol's legacy by recommitting to our mission; to be the center of excellence in

dance training, to maintain the integrity of each dance form, and to serve the needs of
dancers of all ages and levels. In 2022, The Carol Paumgarten Scholarship Fund awarded
over $125,000 in scholarships to dozens of dancers between the ages of 15-24 to pursue their
training.

As we begin preparing to welcome the next generation of stars to our programs in 2023, we
are asking for your help in maintaining opportunities for the stars of tomorrow to train to
their fullest potential by supporting The Carol Paumgarten Scholarship Fund. We hope that
