Communique

To : The Queen
From : Lord Dalhousie, Tufzal Hasan Khan, Sir Henry Lawrence, Major General Havelock,
Colin Campbell.

I am deeply hurt by the attack made on the Kohinoor diamond and on you.
We have correctly identified the attackers to be a mix of Marathas and Chinese. Seeing this,
I have coordinated with the British representative in Hong Kong to mobilize our naval
troops. I have also coordinated with the ambassadors of France, Portugal and Spain to
impose sanctions on the Chinese.

I have rallied the armies of the

• Bombay Presidency
• Madras presidency
• Bengal presidency

We have engaged the 1st and 2nd Grenadier native infantry regiments along with the 1st, 2nd
and 3rd Regiment of Bombay Light Cavalry along with several others the imposition of
complete blockades on trades as well as the seizure of all farmland growing illicit
substances. The collected substances will be used in the opium war. The army of the Bengal
presidency will be diverted to wherever the Chinese have invaded and this will be
accompanied with the recently conquered armies of Awadh. The armies of Farrukhabad will
be used for a blockade around the conference position to prevent the escape of Tatya Tope.

I have no comment on the matter of the class civil war happening between the lower and
upper classes. However the lack of cooperation exhibited by the UIF leads me to believe
them to be more aligned to a hostile stance. Due to this I am mobilizing the 9th and 10th
backup infantry regiments to make sure we are not caught unaware

I also suggest the formation of a war cabinet back in London IMMEDIATELY with a trusted
representative of mine.
