1. Explain what happens to the body when doing an aerobic exercise.

When doing aerobic exercise:

•maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood

•heart beats faster


•breathing is faster and heavier
•improves cardiovascular fitness
•repeatedly moving large muscles in your arms, legs and hips
•body responses quickly

2. If a right diet describes to be having a right food to eat, explain how exercise helps our
body.

Exercise can help our body by it:
