SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Eric Willis, American, of legal age, residing in Buho, Silang, Cavite,
Philippines, and holder of US passport number 488540073, issued in US
Embassy Manila on October 31, 2013, have named, constituted and appointed,
and by these presents do name, constitute and appoint Sarah Sebastian, Filipino
and legal age, residing at Buho, Silang, Cavite, Philippines to be my true and
lawful ATTORNEY IN-FACT, to do and perform the following acts:
To act on my behalf on May 1, 2015 as follows:

1. Copy and display my US passport for Philippine immigration officials to

process visa extension.
2. Sign all necessary documents and applications and Pick up my US
Passport and any additional documentation.
3. Pay any and all fees on my behalf.

GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my Attorney in-fact power to do and

perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully as I might or could do if personally present;
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney in-fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done all of the above as my duly notarized Special Power of
Attorney (SPA) executed for such purpose.
