Bundle Offer
1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces an offer (“Offer”) on any variant of
Tab S8 series (“Device”), wherein a customer will be eligible to get the Keyboard cover at 50%
off on Market Operating Price (“MoP”). Customer will be eligible to get Keyboard Cover at 50%
off on MoP will be available from 01st Jan to 31st Mar, 2023 (“Offer Period”). In this regard,
details are mentioned below:

2. A customer can purchase the Device both Online and Offline (both LTE & Wi-Fi model). The
online booking can be done on Samsung Shop i.e. https://samsung.com/in & Samsung Shop
App, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, TataCliq and Snapdeal (hereinafter referred to as “Online
Outlet/Online portal”), whereas the offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores
(hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”). Customers are advised to check the Offer
availability before purchasing the Device at the Offline Outlet.

3. Purchasing Device on Samsung Shop or Any E-Commerce Portal(s) (Online Outlets):

i. If a customer is purchasing the Device on Online Outlet, they will have to make a full
payment of the amount as declared on the respective Online Outlet during the Offer
Period.
ii. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Outlets shall be inclusive of all taxes.
iii. While purchasing, customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the
respective portals such as name, mobile number, email id, model number and color of the
Device, failing which the booking will be incomplete.
iv. If a customer purchases the Device from Online Portal/Offline Outlet as mentioned above,
they will have to follow the redemption process for Keyboard Cover as mentioned in
Clause 6 below.
v. Deliveries would depend upon the geographical location and the lockdown conditions if
any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where
the Device has to be delivered.
 vi. Customer(s) will be required to activate the Device between 01st Jan to 31st Jan 2023 (for
Jan’23 purchases), 01st Feb to 28th Feb 2023 (for Feb’23 purchases) and 01st Mar to 31st Mar
2023 (for Mar’23 purchases) and register on the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded
from the Google Play Store) on or before 5th of following month in order to avail the Offer.
vii. Redemption of the Keyboard Cover can be done at Samsung Shop from 5th Jan to 30th Apr,
2023.
viii. In case a customer does not comply with the above-mentioned timelines, they will not be
eligible for the Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or against
its authorized partners in this regard.
ix. The shipping of the Device and Keyboard Cover will be subject to availability of stocks in
the specified color.

4. In case of purchasing through Online Outlets, Samsung will not be responsible or liable
in case of below listed scenarios including for supply of the Device as the same is being sold
by respective sellers listed on the E-commerce Portal:
i. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details.
ii. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions
beyond its reasonable control.
iii. Any late transmissions or entries.
iv. Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures.
v. Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
vi. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
vii. Any delay, loss, or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other
force majeure circumstances.

5. Purchasing Device from Offline Outlets:

i. If a customer purchases the Device from Offline Outlet(s), they will have to make the full
payment at the time of making the purchase.
ii. Customer can avail to redeem the Offer (Refer pt. 6 for process) within the stipulated
timelines, failing which the Offer shall stand expired and no claims shall be entertained in
this regard.

6. Redemption process for any variant of Tab S8 series Keyboard Cover:

i. Once the customer purchases/receives and activates the Device you will have to follow
the process for redeeming the benefits under the Offer. Customers are required to visit
the Microsite i.e. https://www.samsung.com/in/galaxy-book/fill-details/ and share the
details viz. Customer Name, Mobile No, Email ID, Device purchase details (Model Name,
SKU, IMEI/Serial No, Date of purchase & upload Invoice copy). Post submission of purchase
 details Customers will receive the Coupon Code via Email/SMS and then they can redeem
the Offers on Samsung Shop App. In this regard, validity of the Coupon Code will be from
the Date of Issuance till 30th Apr, 2023. If Customer is purchasing the Device from Samsung
Shop/Amazon then Offer can only be redeemed at the time of purchase.
ii. Redemption of the Offer will start from 5th Jan, 2023 on Samsung Shop.
iii. Device should be activated and fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be
downloaded from the Google Play Store) must be completed by 5th of following month
failing which customer(s) will not be eligible for the Offer.
iv. For Redemption of the Keyboard Cover at 50% off on the MOP under the Offer, visit
Samsung shop (website or app), select the respective Model Code for the Keyboard Cover,
add it in the Cart, enter the Coupon Code details and pay the remaining amount of the
Keyboard Cover as shown.
v. Redemption of Tab S8 series Keyboard Cover at customer discretion can be done only once
for every mobile number on or before 30th Apr, 2023.
vi. The shipping of the Tab S8 series Keyboard cover will commence within 30 (thirty) days
from the day of placing order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store).
Delivery will take place depending upon customer(s) geographical location and the
lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s)
delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.

7. The Keyboard Cover shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock
availability.

8. By availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to
contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of
this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.

9. The Keyboard Cover images, features, specifications shown here are for representational
purposes only, the actual Keyboard Cover may vary. Offer available till stocks lasts.

10. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw Offer or change any
of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.

11. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s
discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.

12. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.
