1. Find and Forward Site Hunting Task to Team

step1 click menu “My Desk”,

then Menu “MyTask” step2 type site name,
then click button “search”
step4 click button “forward”

step3 select the task which

you want to forward step5 click here to select
person who will take task

2. Team Finish Site Hunting Task By Site Manager

step2 Click this to return step3 Click Upload the task

task dialog to upload all photo to server

step1 Confirm all info of

site hunting were finished

step4 Click Finish task to

3. Export SAR(without 5 photos)
step3 Click Tab “Quality
step5 Click button “Export” to Review”
export SAR(Without 4 photos)

step1 Click My Desk-> My

Company

step2 Select Your Company

step4 Select the site hunting
task which need to be exported

4. Prepare 5 Photos and Paste to SAR
Step3 Paste “Site Location”
as Step 2;

step2 Then paste “Site Vicinity Step4 Paste “Site Neighbor'

Map” here Information” as Step 2;

Step5 Paste “Site Map &

Direction to Site” as Step 2;

Step6 Paste “Power Part

(Power Source Route to Site)”
as Step 2;

Step7 Save SAR Report as xls

step1 Open Exported SAR, then or xlsx format.

5. Finish SAR Submission

step1 Click My Desk-> My

step2 Select Norminal which

step3 Upload 3 SAR for one SAR need to be finished
