STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS: •PREPARATION:
½ kg of strawberries -At first wash the strawberries well and dry
250 grams of whipping cream them. Chop them and beat them until you get a
3 eggs uniform texture.
Honey -Later in a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
You can use an electric rod machine.
-After that in another container, mount the
cream.
-Add the beaten egg whites and strawberries
and mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
-Serves.
-Finally to decorate you can place a few bits of
strawberry cut on top.
