AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That WE, THE HEIRS OF THE LATE EDMUNDO S. TURIANO & EUGENIA DE
LA RAMA TURIANO, all of legal age, with postal address at 192 La Purisima, Iriga City
hereinafter representing the deceased DONOR EDMUNDO S. TURIANO with the same
postal address hereinafter called the DONOR, witnesseth:

That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land, more particularly described as
follows:

(PLS REFER TO OLD DEED OF DONATION)

That the DONEE is the barangay of La Purisima, Iriga City which is the barangay where
the donor had peacefully and successfully lived all his life;

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE'S peaceful and citizen-loving place
and as an act of gratitude and liberality on his part, the DONOR had voluntarily GIVEN,
TRANSFERRED, and CONVEYED by way of donation, unto the said DONEE, the above
described property, together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens
and encumbrances;

That in due respect to the deceased DONOR MR. EDMUNDO S. TURIANO and to the
relentless people who initially made their effort to make the multi-purpose pavement
materialize during the time of Ex-Kagawad Santiago B. Turiano and the rest of the then
incumbent barangay officials;

That the name of the original owner POLICARPO A. TURIANO who bequeathed the
land to his youngest son EDMUNDO S. TURIANO subsequently donated the said parcel
of land will forever be documented in a visible place inside the multi-purpose pavement for
the succeeding Turiano and de la Rama generations and the general public to view;

That the DONOR represented by HIS HEIRS affirms this donation;

That the DONEE represented by Punong Barangay JAIME P. EMBESTRO hereby

affirms this donation made in their favor by the DONOR, and hereby manifests his
gratefulness;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder subscribed their
names this day of February 2023 at La Purisima, Iriga City, Camarines Sur,
Philippines.
