Purpose: The purpose of the application is to establish more fast, efficient, and secure communication

between VROs and their Administrators. The Administrators of the VROs will be able upload/assign
customers to the VROs so that they can collect necessary information and upload them via the application.
The data can be seen as well as used by the Administrators for further use.

Roles:

1. Administrator:
Administrator users will have access to administrative controls or pages of the application. The
users will be able to login by providing appropriate login credentials. The Administrative users
have control over the assignment of customers to the VROs and fetching the VROs’ data from the
application.
2. VRO:
VRO users will have access to their own authorized controls or pages. The users will be able to
login by providing appropriate login credentials. The VROs will be able to view assigned customer
details. The users will upload appropriate information collected from the customers in the
application which will be stored and sent to their Administrators.
