Goal:

To digitalize and automate the operations of event management business by creating a


custom website, web application for administration & mobile application for event staff and
customers.

Key Deliverables:

 Website
 Administrative portal
 Android mobile app
 iOS mobile app

Scope of the project:

a) Website:

Static parts (fixed):

 A mobile responsive website which portrays the details of the business (Mehandi &
Photography), About us, Services offered, contact details, Enquiry form to submit a
request for service.

Dynamic parts (control from administrative portal):

 Gallery (photos / videos of previous projects).


 Profiles of Employees.

b) Administrative web application:

 A super admin should be able to manage admins (view / add / update / enable or
disable access / reset password) in the admin portal.
o Able to search other admins based on name / ID / mobile number.
o Able to give limited access to only selective or required modules to other
admins and manage them any time.

 An admin should be able to manage website gallery (add / view / update / enable or
disable / delete) – photos / videos.

 An admin should be able to manage events (view / add / update / enable or disable)
in the admin portal.
o Able to manage staff to an event (assign / view / update) with start & end
time during the event days.
o Able to view the response of staff to an event (accepted / rejected).
o Able to manage event lead (assign / update) from the staff assigned.
o Able to manage (view / update) event attendance of staff – Login & Logout
times.
o Able to view feedback of event from customer.

 An admin should be able to manage staff (view / add / update / enable or disable /
reset password).
o Able to search staff based on name / ID / mobile number.
o Able to filter staff based on skill (Ex: Mehandi / photography), availability
(available / not available) for specific date.
o Able to manage profiles (view / add / update / approve) of staff and approve
the details if there is any new update from the employee.
o Able to manage the profile visibility of staff (show / hide) in website anytime.
o Able to view individual staff calendar (events assigned – past & future).

 An admin should be able to view event calendar.


o Able to view events planned on a specific date.
o Able to view staff available / not available for a specific date with a skillset
(Mehandi etc.).

 An admin should be able to manage leads (add / view / track).


o Able to add / view the enquiries received from website.
o Able to track lead status – ticket management (Ex: New Enquiry / Proposal in
progress / Proposal shared / onboarded / lost lead etc.).
o Able to search a lead based on ID / name / mobile number and filter a lead
based on status / event type (Mehandi etc.).
o Able to generate a Quotation for the lead (email and SMS would be shared to
customer with PDF copy).
o Able to generate invoices for the event (email and SMS would be shared to
customer with PDF copy).
o Able to track (view / add / update) payment status for an event.

c) Android & iOS mobile applications:

Staff:

 Able to download the mobile app from Google Play store / Apple App Store.
 Able to login to the mobile app using username and password.
 Able to manage the profile details (view / update).
 Able to view the upcoming events date wise.
o Able to view the event details (Postal address, Google maps location).
o Able to view other staff assigned for the event (name, contact details).
o Able to update attendance for the event (current location based) – Login &
Logout.
o View self-ratings from the feedback given by customers.
 Able to get caller notification (with reminders) every 30 mins till the request for an
event is accepted / rejected.

Customer:

 Able to login using mobile number and OTP.


 Able to view the services offered, About us, Gallery.
 Able to raise an enquiry.
 Able to view events purchased (only when admin creates an event for this customer).
o Able to update event location (postal address / Google location).
o Able to view the staff assigned for the event (Name & Photo), contact number
of only the event lead.
o Able to give feedback for the events purchased once event is done.
