To objectively measure your progress, take these six-
photos at the start of your MoveU journey and every thirty-days thereafter. After your first 30-days in a specific program you can submit your side-by-side photos (Day 1 to Day 30) into the community forum for analysis and feedback from Dr. Mike and our Coaches.
