Automatic pen writing machine using voice and
image signature plotter

ABSTRACT:
The ADVIC is Automatic Draw using voice and image on XY-coordinates. It is a new and very simple precise pen
plotter concept; Input of ADVIC is voice and image. This ADVIC machine is blessing for handicap people. The automatic
pen writer with android voice controller application which converts audio which is voice of humans to text also for image
inscape software is used. ADVIC is involuntary machine like hand it is used to write characters as well as words.
Signature is a pace of paper scan and insert it as image its very simple to do first convert it into cods and save it into hard
disk and output generate is a vector signature, that is guaranteed to look fantastic at every scale and for security purposed
here password system is used G-CODE is the heart of this project .

I. INTRODUCTION
ADVIC as signature machine, university official and other educators, to sign diplomas and certificates, real estate and
inspection agents, who would very much like you to a open their “handwritten” envelopes. Online retailers including a
personalized thank you note with yours order and more.
Basically, some of the physically challenged people who are able to speak think but unable to write due their inability
blindness and affliction in hands. In order to overcome this difficulties, the advice machine is designed it collects voice or
commands which we gave to mobile app which is Arduino voice controller and it converts voice to text and provides to
ADVIC using Bluetooth module.
The ADVIC also having a hard disk (SD card) for offering a large amount of data. The main advantage of this machine
is to store a data into hard disk like signature a set of extension to Inkscape.
The ADVIC machine is design to work on any advice is most commonly controlled through a set of extension Inscape.
The ADVIC capable to draw or right everything such as drawing
graphics writing text, signature (signing document). It allows to you to use your computer to produce writing that
appears to be handmade complete with the unmistakable appearance of using, real pen an addressing to envelope or sing
ones. And it does so with precision appearing that of a skilled artist.
The pen holder fits a wide variety of pens, including sharpie fine and ultra-fine points markers.
However, yours get the best result with the roller ball pen, which do not require the user to apply presence.

II. LITREATURE SARVE:

This system explains about the image as input automatic pen model. This model has been achieving since 2014 when it
was created by Dr. Lindsay Robot Wilson of 1J instruments LED in the UK it simply uses inkscape software.

It has a smaller format with a chasus made from mechanic Delrina plastic. It has two independent timing belts, one
driven by stepper motors at base and others by stepper motor moving a carriage for software, it used a modified version of
water color bot driver developed by Evil Made Scientist.
Its solo function guide to pain along the set of vector lines wires and path that you ask it to follow commonly
controlled through a set of extension to Inkscape only picture notes or drawing which is already exact are input to inkscape
only and then and then it works.

III. PURPOSE SYSTEM:

Proposed system is a CNC plotter (XY plotter). It is having two stepper motor one of which will be used for x axis and
another one is for y axis. By plotting pixels, we will draw specified text on the paper. We developed CNC plotter with
some advanced features like SD card interface which makes it possible to receive voice data and print the respective text.
We can draw sign stored in SD card but for security purpose we imbed matrix keypad. We can draw sign only on entering
correct password using matrix keypad. Pen up down is controlled by servo motor.

We use Inkscape software tool to make G-codes of each alphabets of size 4x4 mm. As or printable area is 4x4 cm.
We use Arduino Integrated development environment (IDE) to programming the Arduino UNO as well as NANO
version. All the G-codes are stored in SD card.

IV. WORKING ALGORITHMS:

1) Power up all the devices.
2) Press reset button of device connected matrix keypad
3) Press reset button of arduino with SD card module
4) Press reset button of remaining Arduino
5) Connect Bluetooth to your application on android phone.
6) Give voice commands (voice to text)
7) Arduino having Bluetooth will receive the data sent through mobile phone.

8) Received data is checked for sign or any other text.

9) If sign found it will ask user to enter password using matrix keypad.
10) If password is correct, it will give command to next Arduino with SD card to read GCODE of sign.
11) On getting command Arduino will read the G-CODE of sign and start transferring line by line to next Arduino with
xy stepper motor.
12) If another text received it will send same text to the next Arduino. There Arduino will red G-CODE of the each
character from SD card.
13) Send G-CODE of SD card module to the next Arduino which will draw using xy stepper moter controller

V. ADVANTAGES:
1) ADVIC is used by handicap people.
2) It is also used by diverse people like professors, artists, celebrities as signature machine etc.
3) Calligrapher, they could use a little wrist relief for certain type of busy work.
4) It is store any type of data and signature as image & any type of image.
5) In that gives a password system for security purpose.
6) In it can be use any type of pen.

VI. DISADVANTAGES:
1) It is needs a AC supply.
2) It is speed is less.

VII. APPLICATIONS:
ADVIC is used by genuinely diverse range of people shown below

1) Handicap, blind people can write on paper using voice fetcher.

2) People without full use of their hands, who would like to send “handwritten” letters .
3) Engineers, using pens to label material samples.
4) Hotels that would like to leave a personalised welcome note for guests.
5) University officials and other educators, to sign diplomas and certificates.
6) Reporters can use ADVIC

VIII. CONCLUSION:
This machine is assist for physical challenge people who can’t be able to write by own hand. They can use this
machine with touching slates pen. it’s very beneficial for human beings because it also save time and very easy to use .
