3. In the first phase of our business start, we will develop our website to order more easily for
our customer convenience and our website will have the following feature for the

c) Our website will be engaged customer, and our customers will enjoy ordering at our

Investment: -
The total investment of navigation stick is 150,000. As the product is completely new and there
are no competitors, so the investment would be risky.
Contracts: -
Our company have contracts with different suppliers of raw materials. As the navigation stick
includes sensors, earpiece, power bank, camera, Bluetooth, chips etc. We make different
contracts with the separate suppliers of raw materials we need for navigation stick.
Equipment cost: -
Different equipment's are purchased which are used for manufacturing navigation stick. The cost
of power bank is 1500rs, cost of camera 1000rs, cost of sensors 200-300rs, cost of earpiece
100rs, cost of chips 1000-1500rs.
Retail shop: -
To gain customers trust and to develop the value of the product among the customers, the
company develops different retail shops at different places and hire good workers.
Delivery network: -
Company TCS consumers

Our company will give their product to TCS suppliers and TCS suppliers deliver the product to
final consumers. The cost of delivery will be 100rs.
