SURVIVAL
The survival challenges that companies faced during the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2
pandemic, was to adapt to the new measures imposed by governments as well as
companies and citizens. My proposals are that companies adapt to changes and
implement new technologies for the development of their work and to strengthen
their sales.
OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES
The operational challenges that companies faced during the Coronavirus SARS-
CoV-2 pandemic were the decrease in labor as people were forced to stay at
home. The solution that I propose is that companies learn from what happened and
promote remote work, being verified that in some companies that implemented
remote work it was reflected in an increase in productivity.
TECHNOLOGY
the technological challenges faced by companies were related to having outdated
equipment. The recommendations or proposals for improvement is that each
company must periodically update the technological equipment they use for their
operations while being at the forefront of technology.

The communication challenges that companies faced during the Coronavirus
SARS-CoV-2 pandemic were to be able to sell their products since contact
between people was restricted. The proposal that I give is to implement virtual
commerce using existing applications to bring the products to all customers.
