    Sub- Allotment of quarter in Sector-9 Township

    (Through AGM, Commissioning)

    Dear Sir,

    I am Satyabrata Sahoo, emp no-101238, joined the project in commissioning department on 14.04.2021.
    I am currently staying in the bachelor accommodation at B/20 in sector-9. I am not able to find rental
    accommodation outside of the township due to prevailing pandemic. NSPCL guest house serving food
    has also been shut down due to Covid. My luggage has also arrived from Delhi and is with the
    transporter for which he is demanding demurrage charges. My family is currently with my relatives and
    need accommodation urgently. My mother is 75 years old dependent with medical condition and is
    staying with me.

    Therefore I request you kindly consider my case and allot me a ground floor quarter in sector-9
    township on urgent requirement basis.
