Based on the nature ofthe allegations, am placing you on administrative leave with pay pending the outcome ofan investigation. Please understand that the district has not yettaken any disciplinary action in this matter. However during Jnvestigations, te district has found it bestfor those involved to be removed from the situation temporarily. This action expedites the investigation and protects ll parties, nding the person being investigated, Please leavea telephone number ‘with my office at which you may be contacted during the day. During the period of administrative leave, you may not participate in District activities, and you are not to return to any district property, whether during working hours or after, unless prior arrangements have been made with me. ‘Once we have completed our investigation of these allegations, I wll provide you ‘written summary of the results and askyyou to respond in writing. AC that time, I will schedule a time for us to conference about the allegations and discuss any further action that may be taken. You are directed not to discuss this matter with other employees or any students nti after the district completes its investigation. Moreover, any retaliation against. any person involved in the matter will result in immediate action, regardless of the ‘merits ofthe underlying complaint.
