2. Official receipt no. __________ in the amount of One thousand seven
hundred-sixteen Pesos (P1,716.00) as processing fee for the issuance of
Certificate of Completion (COC)

We would liketo inform your office also, that we did not applied for Registration of
Homeowners Association, as out projects usually comes in twelve (12) to sixteen (16)
units at the average.

Further, Transfer Certificate of Titles on the said project, were not mortgaged to
any band or financing institution for that matter.

Rent assured that we will keep and adhere to the policies of H.L.U.R.B.
stipulated in the license to sell and Certificate of Registration.
