Safety, Health & Environment Policy

Emico Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. is committed to providing a Safe and Healthy working
environment, in particular:
1. Complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, Road
Transport Act 1987, Land Public Transport Act 2010, customer H&S
requirements and other relevant statutory requirements, guidelines and
codes of practice.
2. Preventing OSH related fatalities, injuries and illnesses through
effective safety and health management and implementation of safe
work procedures.
3. To assess and control the identify risk both at work place and on the
road.
4. Drugs, Alcohol & Unprescribed medicine are strictly prohibited.
5. To cultivate a good Vehicles Maintenance System through continues
improvement and commitment in preparing the vehicles in road
readiness conditions.
6. Usage of Handphone while driving is prohibited but used of seatbelt is
Mandatory.
7. Care, conservation and protection for the Environment.
To achieve all the above, the Management will be proactive, fully committed and
supportive of all Safety, Health & Environment activities within the Company.
Maintaining high level of safety awareness through continuous education and
training. Our ultimate aim is to develop a safety and health culture amongst our
employees.
