Re: Demand Letter to Pay

Dear Ma’am:

I am writing in order to demand of you to pay the amount of

Two Hundred Fifty One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos
(251,750.00 Php) Philippine currency, inclusive of interest and
charges, you are supposed to deliver to me last November 2016.

However, you deliberately refused to deliver said amount and

misappropriated the same to your benefit, and to my prejudice,
despite repeated demands.

As such, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle

the amount of Two Hundred Fifty One Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty Pesos (251,750.00 Php) Philippine currency, inclusive of
interest and charges, within Five (5) days from receipt of this letter.

Otherwise, much to my regret, I will be constrained to file a

criminal case of estafa against you for the deceit you employed and
the damage you caused to me.

Give this matter your immediate and preferential action to

avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
