HR link with professional life

The knowledge that I gained from HR course will help me in my professional life. In future I

want to work as an HR manager in a multinational organization, therefore the knowledge that I

gained from this course will help to manage my tasks in the organization. As it is the primary

responsibility of HR manager to recruit and select the talented employees. The knowledge that I

have gained will enable me to recruit and select the employees according to the organizational

job requirements therefore I will select the most suitable individual for the job. Being an HR

manager in the organization it would be my primary responsibility to train and develop the

employees therefore the knowledge that I gained from this course will help to conduct need

assessment of the employees and plan training activities accordingly. Being an HR manager I

will be responsible for the succession planning therefore I would develop employees’ skills

through proper training and activities thus the employees could be prepared for upward mobility

and be able to manage the tasks of the new job.

To keep the employees’ motivate it is important to compensate them according to their

performance therefore being an HR manager I will develop compensation plans thus employees

could work efficiently and fell motivated while performing their jobs.

From this course I have realized the importance of maintaining good relation with the employees

by providing them friendly working environment. Therefore being an HR manager I will provide

friendly working environment to the employees and will manage all the workplace issues

effectively thus employees have a safe working environment to work.
