ESSAY: Answer the following questions.

1.Choose five devices among input, output, storage and network devices. Draw and explain
how it works.

2.Explain the differences of input, output and storage devices.

Answer:

1. Monitors display data generated by the computer's visual hardware. Output is the outcome
of the processing presented by the monitor. The output provides instant feedback by
presenting text and visual images while you work or play.

Printers, in simple words, convert digital images and text into physical copies. They do this by
using a driver or specialized software to convert the file into a language that the printer

Flash Drive stores data in flash memory. Flash memory uses an electrically erasable
programmable read-only format to store and retrieve data. Flash drives function similarly to
regular hard disks.

2.Various hardware gadgets or parts make up a computer system. A computer is created

after all of the parts are connected and the required software is installed. However, to interact
with computer systems, we frequently need input and output devices. Both are essential to a
computer system's functionality, and input and output devices differ greatly from one another.
An input device is connected in order to receive data from users and the user can also
control it. On the other side, output devices are connected to provide users with information
and it has computer control.
