Kaushal Vikas Yojana 2.0. (2016-20) has been revised with immediate effe This is in reference to guidelines of State-Engagement Component under Pradhan Mantri ). In this regard, it is stated that the Para 18 (C) of guidelines fect and now read as follows: No. Original Guidelines Revised Guideline a Para 18 (C), Page 15 Fund Disbursement:‘MSDE will sign a MoU with the States/UTs which would define the fund disbursement criteria and timelines for fund transfer. On approval of the SPP by MSDE, funds earmarked for each state shall be released to the states as per the MoU. MSDE shall also intimate the states once the state budget has been released intheir respective accounts. The fund disbursement to the states shall be done in 4 instalments, subject to utilization of the disbursed funds as shown in the fund release conditions in table below.” Fund Disbur "MSDE will issue sanction order to the States/UTS detailing the funds being sanctioned, duly complying all instructions, PMKVY guidelines and other notifications issued separately. On approval of the State PMKVY Plan (SPP) and post release of the Minutes of the Meeting of Project Approval Committee (PAC) by MSDE, funds earmarked for each state/UT shall be released to the states as per the sanction order. MSDE shall also intimate the states once the budget has been released in their respective accounts.
