Step by Step – Guide for completing the online form ”Move to Sweden”

Note:
 For marital status, if married – you need to present original marriage certificate.
 For not married but cohabiting partner – need to present proof of living together.
 If you have children - you have to present original birth certificates.
 If your whole family as moving at the same time to Sweden with you then they all need to be
presented with passport for identification. If they are joining you at a later stage, please
make sure to note that down in the application.

Note:
 Flat number: This is provided to you by the mobility consultant.
 If you are staying at a temporary accommodation or renting second hand. Then there is
another name on the door and this needs to be specified to the tax office. So check this
box and add the “lodging with” name. Normally you see this on the booking
confirmation. Otherwise contact your mobility consultant.

Note:
 If you arrive from outside EU/EES area then check the box “I have a Swedish residence
permit” which we call UT-Card. A card you get once you got an approved work permit
and done the biometrics etc.

Note:
 Please write here in which languages the supporting documents will be in.
 Press “Print application”
 Open the PDF
 Press “File” and choose “Save as”
 Make sure to save locally in your computer as a PDF file.
 Send the saved PDF file to your mobility consultant. Who will review and advise if any
changes are needed etc.
 Once you meet the mobility consultant at the tax office, you will be need to sign the
form and provide all the applicable supporting documentation.
